Hare Trigger is a 1945 Warner Brothers Merrie Melodies cartoon short starring Bugs Bunny directed by Friz Freleng. It marks the first appearance of Yosemite Sam, who appears as a train robber.

Plot

Yosemite Sam is robbing a train, and accidentally throws Bugs Bunny in his sack. Bugs tells Sam that there is another tough man in the train, and Sam goes looking for him -- but this is actually Bugs in disguise. Towards the end, just as it looks like the end for Bugs, he manages to tie Sam up instead, and crows "GOTCHA!". Bug's last line of the cartoon, is "He don't know me very well, do he?"
