| Harry Stradling Sr. was an award winning cinematographer. His son Harry Stradling Jr. is also a cinematographer. Stradling worked in France and Germany in the early 1930s, before making several films for Alexander Korda in Britain. He moved back to the United States at the beginning of World War II and worked steadily in Hollywood until his death in 1970. He won the Academy Award for best cinematography for My Fair Lady (1964).
