Head of State is a comedy film; directed by Chris Rock in 2003. The movie stars Chris Rock as a poor low-ranking official in the ghettos of Washington, D.C. who is tapped to become the next presidential candidate for an unnamed party. They expect him to lose, and eventually he decides to break the official party line and start speaking his mind on issues.

The plot largely existed to give Rock a chance to do a few political/cultural standup routines in a film setting.

Tagline: The only thing white is the house.
