Home for the Holidays is a 1995 film directed by Jodie Foster. The plot is about Claudia Larson, a single mom who spends Thanksgiving at her parents' house while her only child Kitt decides to spend the holiday with her boyfriend. It also does not help that Claudia has just lost her job.

Tagline: On the fourth Thursday in November, 84 million American families will gather together...And wonder why.
