I Not Stupid Too (Chinese: 小孩不笨二 Pinyin xiǎohái bù bèn èr) is a film directed by Singaporean actor, Jack Neo.

The plot is about the relationships of Singaporean parents and children. The show is about an upper middle class family, with two children, Tom (Shawn Lee) and Jerry (Ashley Leong), who faces the difficulties of their education. Tom's best friend, Cheng Cai, potrayed by Joshua Ang, is always misunderstood by his teacher and is brought up single-handedly by his father. It can be considered a sequel to I Not Stupid
.

Opening in Singapore on 26 January 2006, it broke local box office opening records with S$1,414,496 in six days, beating the previous record of S$1,387,118 taken in by Liang Po Po: The Movie
in 1999. This was double the figure which the original move, I Not Stupid earned in 2002 . By the 11th day, it has grossed over S$2 million, topping the local box office by beating Jet Li's Fearless
, and already surpassed the total takings of major Asian films such as the Infernal Affairs
. By the sixth week March 6, the film has grossed over S$4 million (US$2.5 million), second only to Money No Enough. After the film's success, there are plans to make a third film. The film will also be screened in other countries such as Malaysia and Hong Kong.

The film's opening displays the following questions: "When was the last time someone praised you?", and "when was the last time you praised someone?". While cryptic at first, it slowly becomes understood the film would satirize the fact most Singaporeans rarely express appreciation for good work.
