| Jerome Hill was a Minnesotan-born film maker and artist. He died in November 1972. His most famous work was Film Portrait, an autobiographical piece about the artist's own life, which won numerous awards and is one of only 400 pieces of film stored in the National Film Registry in the Library of Congress.
