| Jimi Plays Monterey is a live album by Jimi Hendrix, released in 1986. It contains the Experience performance at the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival. It is also a short film directed by D.A. Pennebaker documenting the same performance, also released in 1986 and under the same name of this album. It is noted for containing several interviews with rock stars, and containing an art piece by Denny Dent doing a painting of Hendrix.
