| Joe Wright is a British film director best known for 2005's Pride and Prejudice. He started out directing with two shorts Crocodile Snaps and The End. He then directed the miniseries Nature Boy with Callum Keith Rennie. In 2002 he directed another miniseries Bodily Harm starring Timothy Spall. Following that he directed Charles II: The Power and the Passion (2003) with Rufus Sewell in the lead. In 2005 he made his directorial debut with the critically acclaimed Pride and Prejudice. His next feature is a remake of Gaslight. Theatrical filmography
