Jonathan Ian Mathers (born circa 1976) is a New York cartoonist famous for creating the animated Macromedia Flash series 'Neurotically Yours', featuring characters that rant about the world around them.

One of his first cartoons, 4Y-Records, was a comic strip about a disgruntled record store clerk who complains about the state of the music industry to his various clients.

Following that, he produced Ollie And Germ.

He then progressed to his most recent success, the animated Macromedia Flashgothic comedy series Neurotically Yours, which also features Dawn Bennett, a budding female voiceover artist. Neurotically Yours' main star is Foamy, a grey squirrel that voices his high-pitched opinions on every topic possible.

In the same time he founded the company Illwillpress. It is a semi-corporate, semi-independent outfit.

There was a string of rumors (acompanied by fake tribute videos) which started on the 1st October 2005 claiming that Jonathan had died in a car accident the day before with his grandmother. The rumors were confirmed as baseless when he published a statement on his website.
