Kamen Rider Saiga (or Psyga) is a fictional character in the japanese television series Kamen Rider 555. He is a foreigner (native English Speaker) named Leo, played by Taiwanese Actor Peter Ho (何潤東).

He wears the Saiga Gear (Ψ) (SB-315).

Saiga Gear:

Saiga Driver / SB-315B

One of the Emperor’s belts. It allows the user to transform into Saiga with the use of Saiga Phone.

Saiga Phone / SB-315P

By putting in the Saiga Code 315 the wearer can transform into Saiga. It can also transform into Phone Blaster.

Flying Attacker / SB-315F A flight unit attached to Saiga’s back. It has the maximum speed of 820 km/h. It's armed with machine guns and holsters his blade weapons, the Saiga Tonfas.

Colbalt Smasher: Rider Kick while on the Flying Attacker.

Sky Impact: Rider Punch. A Flying Punch while on the Flying Attacker.

Saiga Slash: A Slashing Attack with Saiga Tonfas.
