| Kyun...! Ho Gaya Na (known in English as Look What's Happened Now) is a 2004 Bollywood romance directed by Samir Karnik and starring Aishwarya Rai, Vivek Oberoi and Amitabh Bachchan. Diya (Rai) travels to Mumbai to help her father's friend run an orphanage. Diya is an intelligent university student who does not agree with arranged marriage. In Mumbai, she meets the wealthy Arjun (Oberoi), who has differing views on love.
