Le Bureau is a French television show that has been announced to air on Canal+ in the Spring of 2006.

It is a French version of the popular British television series The Office. A year earlier, an American version of the series was launched and has since achieved moderate success.

It will take place in Villepinte, a business park in the northeast suburbs of Paris, France.

The series will star Francois Berleand as Gilles Triquet, France's version of David Brent. The rest of the cast will be unknown actors, as with the other series. Filming with the French cast was completed in early February.

It is the first foreign-language remake of the show, although the German series Stromberg used the The Office as a basis for its show format. It should be noted that a dubbed edition of the first UK series that ran on cable in France two years ago fared poorly.
