	Movies - Light Magic

Light Magic was an ill-fated parade/street show at Disneyland that ran for less than three months in 1997. It was a replacement to the 24-year-old Main Street Electrical Parade, which yet again returned, at Disney's California Adventure in 2001.

Light Magic's music was very Celtic-influenced, and some of the songs in the show included but were not limited to:

Light Magic Theme, "Dream our Dream"
Little April Shower from Bambi
Be Our Guest from Beauty and the Beast
Topsy Turvy from The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Step in Time from Mary Poppins
When You Wish Upon A Star from Pinocchio
A Dream is A Wish Your Heart Makes from Cinderella
Baroque Hoedown from the Main Street Electrical Parade

The parade is regarded as an unworthy replacement for the Main Street Electrical Parade, the Resort's longest running parade, and only parade to run at both parks, even though it truly was a street show, with the floats only moving in and out of the performing area at the beginning and end of the show with step dancing pixies and characters being the central focus. Light Magic was put on hiatus until 2000 after Labor Day, 1997, but 2000 came and went without any indication of Light Magic ever coming back.
