- Alive - A chartered plane carrying a Uruguayan rugby squad and various family members crashes in the Andes. The tail section rips off on first impact, sucking a few people out of their seats; plane continues to skip and slide until it comes to an abrupt stop in a snowbank, pushing the seats forward and crushing other passengers.
- Behind Enemy Lines - A US Navy fighter jet has an amazing chase scene with a pair of surface-to-air missiles but eventually succumbs to them and crashes when the pilot and navigator eject.
- Cast Away - Fedex plane crashes into the ocean.
- Con Air - C-123K prisoner transport crash lands on the vegas strip. (More hollywood than realistic crash.)
- Cliffhanger - Private jet crashes in the mountains.
- Die Hard 2 - Airliner crashes into runway because of hacked ILS info.
- The Edge - Alaskan charter plane slams into a flock of birds, knocking out the engine and injuring the pilot and three passengers. The landing floats are ripped off by a close call pulling up over a mountain ridge, then it crashes upside-down into a lake on the other side.
- Fearless - Airplane hydraulics system fails mid-flight. The plane is ripped in half and lands in a cornfield, where emergency aid is administered to survivors.
- Fight Club - Narrator daydreams about a mid-air collision while on a flight.
- Final Destination - In a premonition, we see the passengers engulfed in a wave of flames.

- Jurassic Park 3 - Plane hits dinosaur and crash-lands in dense jungle.

- The Snow Walker - Canadian charter plane crashes into the tundra.

Spacecraft
- Aliens - Rescue dropship crashes and burns after the crew is killed by aliens.
- Pitch Black - The prisoner transport breaks up on re-entry.
- Star Trek: Generations - Enterprise crash lands on planet (with Troi in the driver's seat).
Automobiles
- Akira - Tetsuo gets into a motorcycle accident when it almost hits a person that appears to be a child but it's really an adult in his late 30s. The only signs that the person had to proved he was really older is signs of aging.
- Driven - F1 race accident.
- Final Destination 2 - In the early parts of the movie, one of the characters has a premonition of a very bloody freeway accident. It was caused by a semi that lost a large log off the back, setting off a bloody chain-reaction.
- The Matrix Reloaded - The freeway semi crash scene where Neo does his superman thing.
Train
- The Fugitive - A mutiny inside a prison bus provoks an accident and the bus is stranded on a railway. A train arrives and crashes the bus.
