Lonette is a female character from Ralph Bakshi's 1992 film Cool World
. She was voiced by Candi Milo and modeled by Jenine Jennings (Clare Hoak was also credited as a model for Lonette, but director Bakshi and animator Steve Gordon don't know of her).

Lonette is a cute brunette humanoid doodle woman who serves as a waitress in the Slash Club. She is the girlfriend of Detective Frank Harris. Because she is a doodle and Harris is a Noid (human), and sexual intercourse between Noids and Doodles is against Cool World's oldest (and as far as we know, only) law, they are unable to consummate their relationship until Frank becomes a Doodle at the end of the film.
