| Mitchell John "Mike" Frankovich (29 September 1909 – 1 January 1992) was a film producer and husband of the late actress Binnie Barnes (who converted from Judaism to Roman Catholicism for him, as he was a Roman Catholic), who was 6 years his senior; they adopted 3 children, including producer Peter Frankovich and production manager, Mike Frankovich Jr.. Mike Frankovich died of pneumonia and Alzheimer's disease on January 1, 1992 in California.
