Movies - Noriko's dinner table

The sequel to Suicide Club (Jisatsu Saakuru), a Japanese film concerning a mass suicide of 54 schoolgirls and how it leads the law to a shady cult.

This is the film, directed by Sion Sono (who also helmed the first film), that is about what happens before, during, and after the first film, in hopes of explaining some of the lingering mysteries that film left behind.

A teenage girl named Noriko runs away from her unhappy life to meet up with a girl in Tokyo that she met in a mysterious website called "haikyo". The girl turns out to be the head of the "Family Circle", a cult that changes the identities of people unhappy with their lives and causes them to join fake families. After a group sacrifice where 54 of them jump in front of a train (featured in the first film), the leader of the cult becomes scarier and scarier as Noriko's family decides to attempt to track her down. This, of course, leads to bloodshed.
