Perfect Pie is a play written by Canadian playwright Judith Thompson. The story concerns the childhoods of Patsy and Marie (later known as Francesca) and the impact it had on their lives. Much of the dialogue is centered on a train wreck that left Patsy in a coma and forced Marie to leave town. The play deals with a number of complex themes, such as child abuse and rape.

In 2002, it was adapted into a Canadian film by Barbara Willis Sweete, starring Rachel McAdams as the teenage Patsy.
