| Rapid Fire was Brandon Lee's penultimate movie, it was his performance in this that ensured his role in The Crow. An explosive martial arts action thriller lee plays Jake Lo, a student who becomes pursued by smugglers, mobs and crooked federal agents after witnessing a murder by a Mafia Kingpin. Good performances and action packed set pieces makes this an enjoyable film to watch. Many of the fight scenes were orchestrated by Lee and show tremendous sophistication (though that an art student in college would know how to fight like this is hard to believe). Only seasoned martial artists would be able to tell if any of the fights contain elements of Jeet Kune Do (his father, Bruce Lee's fighting style), but they show what a loss to the martial arts film world Brandon's death was.
