| The Renault French Film Festival is a annual 'travelling' festival season of films, in association with the French car company Renault, that promotes a range of French cinema to British audiences. The Renault French Film Festival has been running for three years, and has developed from the smaller The French Film Festival UK that began in Scotland in 1990. The festival is organised between Institut français du Royaume-Uni, Unifrance and the French Film Festival UK organisation. As well as the main sponsor Renault, the featival also has support from TV5, Air France, Sofitel St James and the cinema chain Cineworld (which features a number of theatres formally owned by the French circuit UGC).
