Revenge of the Pink Panther (1978) is the sixth film in the Pink Panther film series, and the last Panther film in which its star Peter Sellers appeared expressly for.

Plot

At the behest of a French mobster, Inspector Clouseau is finally killed, much to the delight of his nemesis, former Chief Inspector Dreyfus...or so the world thinks. Clouseau does his own investigating to find out who really "killed" him.

The Pink Panther theme was remixed in a rock/jazz verson with a guitar solo.
