Plot Summary

Sam Keenan (Van Damme) is a government official whos just been appointed second-in-command for an American embassy in a turbulent Eastern European nation. When a group of insurgents attempt a coup, the president takes refuge inside the embassy, which is infiltrated by the terrorists, who then assasinate the ambassador. It is then up to Keenan, leading the small band of marines stationed there to eliminate the insurgents.
