| The shoot 'em up Western is a genre of the Western movie. Usually they were low-budget and high-violence, stereotypically where "The cowboys never ran out of bullets, and the Indians never ran out of arrows."
These movies are usually romantic and very violent with all the shooting and fighting. You here a "boom" almost all the time.
