film directed by Wesley E. Barry and starring Don Megowan, Erica Elliot, Don Doolittle, George Milan, Dudley Manlove, and Frances McCann.

Plot

The Earth is suffering the effects of nuclear war: the human birthrate has fallen so that the population is in decline. The "humanoids" are advanced robots created in the service of human beings. A human scientist, Dr. Raven (Doolittle) has developed a technique called the "Thalamic Transplant" whereby the memories and personality of a recently-deceased human can be transferred to a robotic replica of the body of the human. Such human-humanoid hybrids awake from the process unaware of their own transformation from human to robot.
