Plot

The plot concerns Nicholas Oz (Perry) who helped retired criminal Jimmy "the Tulip" Tudeski (Willis) avoid the law in the previous film. Oz's wife has been kidnapped by a Hungarian Mafia organization led by Lazlo Gogolak (Kevin Pollak
). Mayhem ensues.
