Thunderbird 6 was a spinoff film from the popular Thunderbirds supermarionation television series.PlotJeff Tracy wants a new rescue vehicle, to complement the other Thunderbird rescue vehicles. Brains works hard on his new invention, but all of Brain's superior technology inventions all prove to fall short of Jeff Tracy's expectations for the new craft.When a rescue vehicle was later urgently required, the only vehicle left to fill the void was an old yellow biplane (piloted by Brains), which ended up becoming "Thunderbird 6".
