| Tintin and the Treasure of Red Rackham was the first feature-length live-action film, based on The Adventures of Tintin series of classic comic books drawn and written by Hergé. This film was based on two books: The Secret of the Unicorn and Red Rackham's Treasure, and was reportedly in development by Universal Studios and DreamWorks. It was scheduled for release in movie theatres around late 2006.
