Track of the Cat is a 1949 adventure novel by Walter Van Tilburg Clark, which was adapted into the 1954 William A. Wellman film starring Robert Mitchum and Teresa Wright.

Plot

Against the pleadings of his family, Curt Bridges (Robert Mitchum) tracks down the panther which killed his brother Arthur (William Hopper).
