Under Siege 2: Dark Territory is a 1995 action film, and is the sequel to Under Siege

Synopsis

As in the film that preceded it, Steven Seagal plays Casey Ryback, an ex-SEAL, who is travelling on board a passenger train from Denver to Los Angeles. Unfotunately for him and his fellow passengers, the train is hijacked by a group of ruthless terrorists, including a mad scientist, a rogue but brilliant ex-government electronics expert, who tries to use the train as a mobile base for a plot to hijack a satellite weapon. As the terrorists hold the world to ransom, destroying several targets as an example of their earnest, Ryback contrives to elude the guards and proceeds to take back control of the train. But added to his problems is a fuel-laden train coming in the opposite direction on the same line - and thanks to the mountainous location (the Dark Territory) no radio communication with the train is possible. Can Ryback destroy the satellite and escape in time? Of course he can.

Steven Seagal
agreed to appear in the film if they let him direct On Deadly Ground
. He then upset producers by insisting Gary Busey
return as villain, despite the small detail that he was blown up in the first film.

The UK version of the film, although rated 18, was cut for violence by nearly three minutes.

Seagal's character teaches Morris Chestnut
's character how to perform a Sankyo wristlock in extreme close up detail. This move was copied by many fans in 1995.
