Up, Up and Away is the story of the young son of two great superheroes but dosen't seem to have powers. (It is very simliar to Sky High). His name is Scott Marshall, he desperatley wants powers but can't have them. It is only wrost that on his 14th birthday he suppose to get his powers he doesn't. It only makes matters worse that his brother and sister are already powerful superheroes. His brother who can shoot electrcity and run at fast speeds is the oldest child. And his little sister who has powers simliar to Superman. When all of them are captured by an evil villain will Scott be able to save his family.
