The fictional United States Colonial Marines, first depicted in the movie Aliens and later featured in related products, employ several weapons. Descriptions for each of these are given below.

Weapon details

; M4A3 Pistol This powerful 9 mm pistol is the standard sidearm of the USCM. (The actual weapons used by the marines in the film were Heckler and Koch VP70 handguns with the exception of Vasquez, who carried a Smith and Wesson Model 59.)

; M41A Pulse Rifle The most prominent weapon used by the USCM. It functions as the standard assault rifle with an underslung PN grenade launcher. This weapon was modeled around a Thompson submachinegun for the Alien movies.

; M240 Flamethrower The M240 flamethrower is a lightweight, carbine style flamethrower. It uses pressurized and thickened naphthal fuel as a base and is ignited by a nozzle burner. The M240 can fire a burst of flame at targets up to 30 meters away; once a target is hit, fuel droplets will remain burning on the target for about 30 seconds.

The M240 is used primarily to clear small areas like rooms or bunkers; the flame bursts ability to bounce off of walls at close proximity gives the operator a "blind shot" and a means of dispatching opponents who are behind cover. It is also particularly useful against the Xenomorphs as it can harm them without spilling their notoriously corrosive blood, which is conveniently highly flammable as well. The unit can be refueled by replacement canisters or through a connection socket in the rear that can be hooked up to a main supply or backpack.

The M240 is vulnerable to small-arms fire, as the fuel reservoir is known to explode violently when hit.

; M56 Smart Gun A machine gun used by the USCM, this weapon is not so much carried as it is worn. It comes complete with an operating harness which can be used to help distribute its weight, compensate for recoil and increase the speed with which it can be maneuvered. The M56 has a built in infra-red scanner which it can use to auto-track targets. The MG42 German machine gun was the working model for this weapon in Aliens.

; M42 Scope Rifle This weapon comes with a 20x scope, and an IR scanner to help detect movement.

; M83 SADAR The Shoulder-launched Active-homing Disposable Antitank Rocket is designed to allow a marine the ability to take on heavily armoured targets like tanks. Like the smart gun, it uses infra-red to track its target.

; M5 RPG A reloadable 60 mm rocket propelled grenade launcher, the M5 is an unguided light anti-tank weapon.

; M78 PIG The Phased-plasma Infantry Gun is a man-portable shoulder mounted gun and power backpack. It is very powerful, but has a slow rate of fire.

; Knife

A all black Gerber Mark II knife was also used in the movies.
