Whasango (also known as Volcano High) is a 2001 Korean film in the same vein as Tenjo Tenge. It revolves around a troublemaking high school student who finds himself transferred to the last school that will take him, the prestigious Volcano High, an institution whose students display an incredible talent in martial arts, with a few demonstrating even more mysterious powers.

The film was released in a 120-minute Korean version and a 100-minute "International Version". In 2003 MTV aired a vastly altered redub and redit of the film featuring the voices of prominent hip-hop artists including Snoop Dogg, André Benjamin and Mya. 40-minutes of footage was also excised in this version.
