Movies - Yelena Yemchuk

Yelena Yemchuk is a professional photographer, painter and film director, most notable for her work with The Smashing Pumpkins.

She was at one time involved with Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan but that relationship seems to have since dissolved, although Corgan has been noted to mention her often in his blog. She also provided artistic direction on his book "Blinking with Fists".

Corgan has once said he wrote the song "Annie Dog" for Yelena from their "Adore" album. It is possible that several of the tracks on that album involve her in some way, although Corgan's key lyrical concerns were elsewhere.

Examples of Yemchuk's work can be seen on the releases for "Zero", "Thirty-Three", "Adore", "Perfect" and "Ava Adore".
