Yol (Turkish for The Road) is the title of a film by Yilmaz Güney and Şerif Gören. Its screenplay was written by Güney, and it was directed by his assistant Gören, as Güney was jailed at the time of shooting. Later, when Güney escaped from prison, he took the negative of the film and edited it in Switzerland.

It is a harsh portrait of Turkey after a military coup d'état, its people and its authorities shown through the stories of five prisoners given a week's home leave. It won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival and FIPRESCI Prize in 1982 and was also nominated in 1983 for a Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
