In the short, Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy play band musicians who lose their jobs and home and become street musicians.ContentThe movie is notable for the final sequence, where Laurel and Hardy's private argument of shin-kicking and pants-ripping eventually involves the whole neighborhood. In the end all persons involved (in font of the ABC Restaurant), are without pants and kicking each others leg.ProductionThe short was directed by fellow film comedian Edgar Kennedy, here billed as "E.Livingston Kennedy".
