Albie Tedham (b. Feb 1927 in Langholm, Scotland. d. 1980) was a well known fiddler and pianist.

Albie was deaf and used Vibrations to know what to play. In 1957 he married Sarah Bell and had 6 children. He came 5th in the Mod. Albie was born Albert Thomas Tedham on the 4 Feb 1928 in Kirk Wynd Langholm. Albie was always good at school but when he was old enough to enter the war in 1943 he was rejected for being deaf. Albie had 6 brothers and sisters and he was the second youngest. In the 1950's he did many jobs including working the local town clock, Working at the cinema and working at Arthur Bell's mill. In 1958 his wife Sarah or locally known as Sadie gave birth to a son James.By 1970 he had 6 children and he was very fond of them because he would do Magic tricks for them.
