Arthur De Greef (October 10, 1862 - August 29, 1940) was a Belgian pianist and composer.

Born in Leuven, he studied piano at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels under Louis Brassin, a student of Ignaz Moscheles. After graduating with the greatest distinction at the age of seventeen, he went to Weimar to complete his studies under Franz Liszt
.

After two years in Weimar, he embarked on a successful career as a concert pianist, travelling widely. He became a friend of Edvard Grieg
, who called him "the best performer of my music I have met with". He also enjoyed the endorsement of Camille Saint-Saëns
.

De Greef started composing only at the age of 30. His most significant works are his two piano concertos. He also taught piano at the Brussels Conservatory.
