Little is known about the American actor Christopher Paul Ford. His film career spanned only one role, that of Dennis in The Karate Kid, Part III. Critics point to the integral role Snake (Jonathan Avildsen) played in The Karate Kid, Part III, but without Dennis there could be no Snake. With Dennis caring for the training of "Karate's Bad Boy" Mike Barnes (Sean Kanan), Snake was free to wreak mayhem throughout the greater Los Angeles area. A veritable jack-of-all-trades, Dennis was equally capable when called upon to haul the portly Daniel (Ralph Macchio) out of Devil's Cauldron, lay waste to shoji screens, or spar with Mike Barnes. Given the technique he showed in the Cobra Kai dojo, one is left to wonder why Dennis was not allowed to enter the All Valley Tournament. Ultimately, among the Cobra Kai camp, it is only Dennis who is left free from blame after Barnes's loss to Daniel.

Ford showed great promise in portraying the strong-silent type Dennis. Although limited to only one line in the final cut of the movie, Ford left the viewer with the impression that there might be big things in store for his career. Alas, after The Karate Kid, Part III, Ford disappeared like a fart in the wind.
