| Sharkey (aka Jon Kneath) is a popular British DJ/MC/producer, and one of the originators of the Freeform hardcore sound. He has appeared on or mixed most of the Bonkers hardcore compilations, volumes 3 and 4 achieving silver sales status in the UK. He has played at a number of hardcore events over the last ten years, including most major United Kingdom festivals as well as festivals in the United States, Australia, and Japan. DJ Sharkey was invited to mix on John Peel's Essential Mix in 2003.
