He is the composer of the theme music to BBC Television series The Family, Breakaway Girls, Romers Egypt ,One Day, In Solidarity, Vox Pop, Forty Minutes amongst others. He also wrote the music to The Story of Ruth. He toured as opening solo act with Fairport Convention, Ronnie Lane, Steve Gibbons and many others.
