Diane Dufresne (born 30 September 1944 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Quebec singer and painter.

In France from 1966 she sang the Quebec classics songs, take course to improve its technics and drama performance.

The writer François Cousineau, who is her companion, wrote the lyrics for her songs where it concentrates intensity, humour, self-derision, a certain dose of provocation, a romantism rock'n'roll jolly and rejoicing with for her unique soprano voice.

In 2002, she was made a Knight of the National Order of Quebec.
