Frank Klepacki is a video game music composer. He is most well known for his work on the Command and Conquer series. He has also composed music for the Lands of Lore series, Westwood's Dune games, the Legend of Kyrandia series, Blade Runner, as well as belonging to several local bands and producing albums for each of them. Frank is currently a composer at Petroglyph.WestwoodFrank started his career at Westwood as a tester while in High School. Working at Westwood allowed him to give a demo tape to the director of the music department, which later earned him his job as a composer there. While at Westwood, he composed music for Westwood's Dune II series, the Command & Conquer series, and Blade Runner, as well as handling other technical sound aspects. During this time, he is famous for composing "Act on Instinct" and "Hell March" for the Command & Conquer series.When Westwood Studios was shut down, many of the former employees co-founded a company called Petroglyph. Frank is currently working as composer for Petroglyph. I AMI AM was an alternative rock band heavily influenced by the likes of Tool and Soundgarden. After the Las Vegas band Shatterbone broke up, the rhythm section stuck together to form I AM and recruited Frank as their drummer. I AM only released one album, There's a Home, in 1995. This was the first full length album to feature Frank's drumming on it. I AM broke up in 1995. I AM's track 'Time' was included as the end theme for Nod in Tiberian Dawn, it is listed as track 23 as the Soundtrack of Command and Conquer on many russian mp3 sites.Home Cookin'After his stint with I AM, Frank went on to join the Las Vegas funk band, Home Cookin'. Frank was their drummer and co-songwriter from 1995-2000. He also produced both of their released CD's, titled Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm, and Pink in the Middle. Home Cookin' broke up in 2000Solo CareerFrank has also composed and produced three solo albums. Morphscape in 2002, Rocktronic in 2004, and Virtual Control in 2005.
