| Franz Wohlfahrt (1833-1884) was a violin teacher in Leipzig, Germany, where his father was a piano teacher. He wrote a series of etudes, 60 Studies for Violin, Op. 45, which are often among the first ones used by beginning violinists and violists. (NB: the name is mis-spelt Wolhfahrt in the AMEB Grade 2 Violin Series 8 book) [ Visit the complete Wikipedia entry for Franz Wohlfahrt ] Some related entries: Frank Beard | Georgie Fame | Bobby Watson | Sinn Sisamouth | Melody Gardot | Roger Manning | Thomas-Michael Gribow | Rhys Fulber | Emil Paur | Marko Albrecht | Pip Pyle This page is based on the copyrighted Wikipedia article Franz Wohlfahrt; it is used under the GNU Free Documentation License.
