Jessica Nicole Benson (born October 4 1988, in Severn, Maryland) is a member of the R&B trio 3LW. She joined 3LW in 2002 after a series of auditions in Washington, DC after founding member Naturi Naughton left in 2002, but before the release of their sophomore album, A Girl Can Mack. Benson was initially rejected due to her age. However, she eventually was accepted, becoming the third Little Woman. Jessica is a student at Fort Meade High School in Fort Meade, Maryland.

3LW will release their third album, Point Of No Return, in the spring of 2006.
