| John McKeown was the lead singer and guitarist for the Glasgow indie rock band The Yummy Fur. John McKeown (now known as Jackie McKeown) is the frontman of a new Glaswegian band named 1990s, with Michael McGoughran (former drummer in band V-Twin) and Jamie McMorrow (former bass player with The Yummy Fur). They were signed to record label Rough Trade in December 2005.
