| Kemistry was the stage name of Kemi Olusanya (born c.1964, London), a leading drum n bass DJ of the early 1990s who also produced a number of records which came out on the Metalheadz label. She was also half of the DJ and recording duo Kemistry & Storm. She died in a freak road accident on April 26 1999. The coroner's report stated that she had been killed by a loose cat's eye which was forced off the road by the wheels of a vehicle in front, broke through the windscreen of the car in which Kemistry was travelling, and hit her with such force that she was killed instantly.
