| Mihaly Mosonyi (1815 - 1870, born Michael Brand) was a Hungarian composer, known for a German classical style. He was a mostly instrumental composer; like many of his peers, he was interested in creating a Hungarian musical style. His best known works include Funeral Music and Feast of Purification.
