Musicians - Phantasm

Phantasm is a four member viol consort based in England founded in 1994 by Laurence Dreyfus. They generally explore repertoire with extended harmonic and textural ranges. Partially because of this their sound tends to be more "edgy" than that of other early music groups such as Fretwork
or Anonymous 4
.
