| Rico Blanco is the current vocalist of Filipino rock band Rivermaya. He also does keyboard and occassionally plays rhythm guitar. He attained fame as the bandleader and writes the songs for the band. Good friends with ex-member/vocalist Bamboo Manalac. Bamboo left the band to reside in America (USA) and came back to the Philippines a few years ago to form his own band, Bamboo bearing his own name.
