Rob Hanlon (born May 13, 1987) is an American saxophonist and composer who currently attends the Berklee College of Music as one of the first five He mainly plays jazz.

Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Hanlon began playing the piano at the age of five. At the age of eight started playing the saxophone at his elementary school. As a member of the jazz ensemble at Washington Middle School, Hanlon discovered his love for jazz and improvised music in general. After spending time in the Garfield High School jazz ensemble, Hanlon's decision to become a professional musician was set; he began playing gigs around the Seattle area at the age of 15.

He has performed with many high-profile jazz artists, such as Benny Golson
, Wynton Marsalis
, Phil Woods
, Joshua Redman
, Bud Shank
, Terrell Stafford, and Nicholas Payton.

Hanlon is a member of Seattle-area band and played on their untitled 2003 EP and their debut LP, Unarmed Combat, released in 2004.
